Peanut Butter Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients (serves 8–10):

• 200g digestive biscuits (or graham crackers), crushed
• 100g melted butter
• 500g cream cheese
• 200g Calvé Smooth Peanut Butter
• 100g icing sugar
• 200ml double cream
• Optional: melted chocolate or chopped nuts for topping

Instructions:

1. Mix biscuit crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into a cake tin base. Chill.
2. In a large bowl, whisk cream cheese, Calvé Peanut Butter, and icing sugar until smooth.
3. Fold in whipped cream gently.
4. Spoon onto the chilled base, smooth the top, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
5. Decorate with chocolate drizzle or chopped nuts before serving.

Success Tip: For the silkiest texture, bring cream cheese to room temperature before mixing—it prevents lumps.

Time Needed: 20 minutes prep + 4 hours chilling.
