Mix for Dutch Mashed Potatoes with Kale and Smoked Sausage (Stamppot Boerenkool)
Preparation:
Put 1 kg of peeled and chopped potatoes with 300ml of water and a little salt in a large pan.
Put 300 grams of kale and a smoked sausage on top of the potatoes and simmer for 30 minutes. Then remove the smoked sausage from the pan.
Mash the potatoes and kale and mix in this mixture, a dash of milk and a knob of butter. Serve with the smoked sausage.
